Booked for one of our sockets to be chased into the wall and replaced with a flush socket. A reminder was sent the day before and a courtesy text was sent on the day to inform us of their approximate time of arrival (very nice if a job before runs longer than expected) and arrived bang on time. Both James and his colleague showed a lot of respect to our home, taking their shoes off or wearing covers as we have relatively new white carpets. Very courteous and warned us of any noise and left the working area spotless afterwards. Cleaner than it was before in fact. The work took exactly the amount of time James estimated on the phone when we originally booked them in which is a testament to both their professional knowledge and speed of work. James will be my first call should we need any electrical work in the future and I will be sure to recommend to family and friends in the area should they need work doing.
