James is a brilliant electrician. We’ve been working our way round renovating our house and so he’s done many things from diagnosing and fixing things to installing new lighting systems from scratch. Communications is the best of any trade person I’ve ever worked with, incredibly reliable, proactive communications and reminders. He’s also super personable, informative and helpful no matter what he’s working on. Probably the best run small trades business from a customer service perspective I’ve ever worked with. No notes, would recommend without hesitation.
