Reliable, highly skilled and knowledgeable in all things electrical. From the off the signs were excellent, I had logged a job which was picked up by Nathan in the office and he was on it, called me back and an appointment was booked for the quote. There was plenty of communication from the team and updates pre quote, after the quote and right up to after the job which demonstrates a well oiled machine from a business perspective. This is a company that has their finger on pulse and is uber efficient with good service and that amazing first impression then continued.
James was polite, friendly and super punctual, which in my book is a very good start. I explained to James what was required, he then clearly outlined what he would do and confirmed I was happy with that. He also gave good solid advice what else I could do in terms of lighting circuit and that was the game changer. This demonstrated someone who was really listening to the customer but also someone who was experienced enough to make good suggestions of how to do the same job better than I could have thought.
On the day of the job James was punctual once again, we then confirmed what was going to happen in terms of the works and he got straight into it. Well organised and can be trusted to do exactly the job that was quoted for.
At the end of the job the place was spotless, even in the loft no tiny bits of copper wire. Whilst working in the consumer unit James also tidied the work of a previous electrician and reorganised items which was a huge improvement. At this point James had surpassed all expectations and I only wished we had found JP Electrical sooner.
The job was completed in a timely manner, little to no down time for electricity, competitive fixed rates and I was one very happy customer. We will without hesitation use James again for our house renovation works and we cannot praise him enough.
