Part way through the morning lost all power to the downstairs tried to locate the source of the problem hindered by no internet. Was recommended James and JP electrical. Fantastic service talked me through the problem over the phone restoring most of the power. Then arrived the same day and located the problem, also making a couple of potential problem areas safe and some advice on light fittings while he was here.
Got the heating back on immediately which was so helpful.
