James turned up on time as agreed walked around the work with me explaining what he was going to do to ensure it was what I wanted doing. His work was of a very high quality and there was no mess or damage to my property, a extremely polite young man and treated my property with respect at all times, when the work was completed he took me around to show me it completed and checked I was satisfied with everything.
